"I am not a current customer but I will be soon. I met Eric in line at Fry's and got to talking insurance. I walked into Frys as a Carpenter and walked out as an Insurance Agent. Eric was incredibly knowledgeable and informative in such a short period of time. He explained the rate drops they went through recently, so I am going to be checking on my rates. I hope the rates beat what I have because I would love to have Eric as my agent... I will be leaving a follow up review after I have gone in."

"I’ve been searching for car insurance for the past month. Agent after agent hounding me!! Making me feel like just another commission. Until I received a genuine message from a State Farm agent named Ruben. He helped me understand my policy and what it entailed. He took his time and didn’t rush me. Even after I told him I’d get back fo him when I decide. He allowed me to call him on my own time. He allowed me to talk and listened. I appreciate his kind and upbeat attitude! "Tara Carter-Thomas helped me get the paperwork for my renters insurance so I could send proof to my apartment. She was fast, responsive, knowledgeable, helpful and kind! There was some technical issues with changing the address for the insurance, but she took care of it smoothly and I didn’t have to do anything on my end.
