"Kyle! Tara! Both went above and beyond a typical day of business. I wasn’t paying attention to the day of the week when I showed up at the office hoping to get a correction done on my insurance cards. Kyle happened to be right there and saw me. Letting me know the office was closed. Then proceeded to ask me what I needed help with. I explained what was going on and he remembered me being in the office a couple days before. He reached out to Tara and they got my information down and let me know they could get it to me the next day, which was a Sunday. Tara got ahold of me and we picked a time for me to meet at the office. She had everything ready for me. These 2 make one heck of a team and definitely make you feel special. Just like a family taking care of what you can. Saying I am appreciative is being light! Thank you both for this. Definitely won’t hesitate to reach out when I need too."
